The Full Story

I have been preparing for my official intro into the music and acting industry since I was 11 years old, doing everything from school and professional musicals, a local acting company called “Atlanta Workshop Players,”  to winning McDonald’s The Gift Competition with my original song, singing the National Anthem for the Falcons, being featured on my local news stations multiple times as well as CNN, and speaking, advocating and singing at St. Jude’s, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and local group homes and organizations.

My song "Teenage Refugees" won the 2017 Robert F. Kennedy Speak Up Sing Out International Songwriting Competition, garnering a personal recognition from Kerry Kennedy and a Grammy U award. I wrote it to parallel my personal experiences of feeling outcasted in a community and those who were experiencing literal political outcasting in Syria.

I hope to continue to inspire and tell vivid stories that resonate globally with my art. I do it for the outcasts, the divergent thinkers, the heart bearers and those alike.
